The first hearing of the Planning the Greater Paris Chair will be held at the Caisse des Dépôts on February 19, 2018 at 17h (reception at 16:30h), in the Gérard Bureau room, 56 Rue de Lille, 75007 PARIS. It will focus on "The IPA Hamburg, 'Jump over the Elbe': a showcase of large-scale experimental projects".
Caisse des Dépôts is a partner of this Chair, and took part in the launch on July 11th.
The Chair is initiated by the Paris School of Urban Planning (EUP), with the participation of major players involved in the development of Greater Paris, the Greater Paris Society (SGP), Greater Paris Planning (GPA), the SNI Group / Greater Paris Housing and the Ile-de-France Public Land Establishment (EPFIF). It aims to highlight and question planning practices, to train professionals, and to broadcast innovative development experiences to elected officials and citizens.
In this context, it organizes international public hearings of experts, researchers, or actors, to share and capitalize their development experiences in cities in France and abroad.
The audition will be open to the public, upon registration.
