Specialization: urban+transport  modeling, transport and planning scheme drafting for large Russian cities. Involved in drafting the General Plan for St.Petersburg (2005), Rostov-na-Donu (2007), Astrahan (2007), Barnaul (2008), Complex Transport Schemes for Perm (2008), Samara (2009), Tyumen (2010) and others. Special area of activity - prepared new Urban and Land Use Code for Russian Federation as an expert USADI in 1995 - 1997, chief of transport part of  TACIS Synergy Project for St.Petersburg and Leningradskaya Oblast in 1998 - 2000, created Territorial Information System for Historic Centre of St.Petersburg under World Bank Foundation in 1999 - 2001. Expert  of  the Ministry of Transport,   Russian Federation. Interested in discussing: changes in communication space of modern Russian Cities compared to Western and Eastern Cities.
