Mr. Francisco Rincón

Francisco Rincón is the Siemens Corporate Strategy Manager Spain and Sustainable Cities South West Europe, working for customer centricity, maximizing cross-divisional synergies, and generating additional business through a green/sustainable development.
Francisco began his career with Siemens in 2003 as an intern, working as assistant to a Local Manager, fostering the entire Siemens, the whole of Siemens portfolio, in 6 Spanish Regions.
In 2004 he joined Siemens Corporate Development Division, leading Account Management Program in Spain and he began interacting with international teams.
In 2006 he participated in the Siemens Master program, and with a multidivisional team empowered the Siemens Ambassador strategy (a win-win with Universities: Business, Talent, Innovation). He continued as initiator with the corporate approach "Sustainable Cities" working with Corporate Development Head Quarters to develop it globally and he is now mainly focus at SWE Cities.
Professional and life experience, including his non-profit organizations adventures, made him decide to write his Business Administration PhD thesis in Coaching. At different Universities in USA and Spain, he has begun as a professor, coach and public speaker giving conferences, courses, and making presentations.
Last year he has been awarded "Academic God-Father, Business Bachelor 2009", at Francisco de Vitoria University. This year he participated as speaker in “Santiago 2.041”, International Urban Development Congress at Chile. He is proud and grateful for what he is achieving and receiving; now being happily married for 1 year and going to be father these days, he is more committed than ever to "give to others what others have given to me before" and to "Do my best, help the rest" and "Never give up"; key elements to overcome barriers and to face up to new challenges.
