Mme Martine Liotard

Senior urban planner, Paris-Ile-de-France Regional Planning Institute (IAU-IdF), Paris, France. Trained as an architect (France) and as an urban planner (USA), Mr. Perrin holds a Mdes and a Ddes from Harvard University. He has a wide urban and regional planning consulting experience with local governments, in France and abroad. Mr. Perrin has been focusing his work in the research and development of modeling applications for project analysis, design and communication. In the last few years, he has been involved in the master planning process leading to the revision of the Paris-Ile-de-France metropolitan development strategy, to make it one the of foremost "ecoregion" of Europe. In this framework, he led a multidisciplinary visioning exercise regarding the long-term development of the Plateau de Saclay scientific cluster. He is now undertaking an international benchmark study of metropolises developing scientific campuses and high technology clusters.
